Proactive Driver Verification is now available to all Trucker Tools Load Tracking customers, giving brokers a way to vet drivers before a load is ever assigned.
What it does
Before committing a load to a driver, brokers can now verify three key things: the driver's current location, their readiness to be tracked, and the identity of the carrier they're associated with. This check happens proactively, before assignment, so potential issues are surfaced early in the process.
Why it matters
Fraud and missed pickups are two of the most disruptive problems in freight. By verifying driver and carrier information before a load is assigned, brokers can catch red flags earlier, reduce exposure to fraud, and increase confidence that a load will be picked up as planned.
