The way your company appears in DAT One has been updated. Company Search and Company Profile now use real-time FMCSA data, so brokers and shippers searching for you see a more accurate, up-to-date record.
What it does
Company records are now organized by DOT number, with all related MC, MX, and FF dockets grouped under a single record — matching how FMCSA structures its data. This eliminates duplicate entries that may have shown your company appearing multiple times in search results.
When someone searches by your MC number, that MC is bolded in the result so it's immediately clear which docket matched their search. DOT and MC/MX/FF information is also displayed in separate columns for easier scanning.
On your Company Profile, a row of MC "pills" in the header shows all dockets associated with your DOT at a glance. Authority, insurance, and other details are now displayed by MC/docket so viewers always see the right information in context.
Company Insights has been replaced with a new Qualifications section, which highlights key credibility signals on your profile: Authority Age, Safety Rating, ELD integration status, and cargo and liability insurance limits.
Why it matters
When brokers and shippers are searching for capacity, your profile is often their first impression of your operation. This update ensures your company record is accurate, current, and easy to read — so the right information is front and center when it counts.
